Mental Health Program
The Mental Health Program offers culturally appropriate support for individuals and families facing mental health challenges. It aims to foster resilience, enhance emotional well-being, and build supportive community networks for long-term stability and growth.

Program Principles
The program has seen a significant increase in self-referrals from young people via Instagram, highlighting its accessibility and relevance. Participants receive free, flexible support through virtual sessions or in-person meetings at convenient locations. This approach has allowed Faraja to reach individuals who may not otherwise access mental health services. However, the growing demand has stretched our resources, and we are currently unable to meet the needs of all those seeking help.
